Eunice K. Sullivan, CPA, MST

Eunice K. Sullivan is a founding owner of S&P Tax Solutions, Ltd., a local firm specializing in providing accounting, tax and consulting services to high net worth individuals and closely held businesses. Prior to forming her own firm, Ms. Sullivan was a Managing Director in the Tax Department of the Deerfield office of American Express Tax & Business Services, Inc. and a member of the firm’s high net worth advisory group and estate planning team. Ms. Sullivan has over 25 years of professional experience and concentrates in tax compliance and planning for individuals and closely held businesses, with a focus on strategies and tax structures to maximize wealth accumulation. This includes a significant emphasis on developing and implementing financial plans for accumulation and preservation of assets, with a strong focus on retirement, estate and succession planning programs. She has extensive involvement in estate compliance and IRS audits of estate issues. Ms. Sullivan has given numerous tax speeches, as well as written articles on these subject matters. Ms. Sullivan has a Master of Science in Taxation from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Notre Dame. Her professional affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society, where she is the Chair of the Estate, Gift and Trust Committee and the immediate past Chair of Tax Executive Committee. She is the past President of the Greater North Shore Estate Planning Council and is a member of the Lake County Estate Planning Council. Ms. Sullivan has served on the Board of Directors of Rehabilitation Institute of Joliet, Inc. and Holy Cross School, where she currently acts as Transportation Coordinator. Ms. Sullivan is actively involved in local community fundraisers for the Daughters of Charity, Misericordia and Northbrook Gymnastics Training Center. She volunteers as a coach for the Catholic Youth Organization high school girls’ basketball program and also coaches various grammar school sports programs.

Dmitriy Polyakov, CPA, MST

Dmitriy Polyakov is a founding owner of S&P Tax Solutions, Ltd., a local firm specializing in providing accounting, tax and consulting services to high net worth individuals and closely held businesses. Prior to forming his own firm, Mr. Polyakov held positions in the tax departments of American Express Tax & Business Services, Inc. and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Polyakov has over 10 years of professional experience and concentrates in tax compliance and planning for individuals and closely held businesses. His areas of expertise include tax research and strategic tax planning for closely held companies and individuals. He has extensive involvement in tax compliance and IRS audits of various issues. Mr. Polyakov has given tax speeches on various topics, as well as written articles on these subject matters. Mr. Polyakov has a Master of Science in Taxation from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree from DeVry University. His professional affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society where he is a member of the Individual Taxation Committee. He is also a member of Glenview Chamber of Commerce.
